Deck The Boughs Tea Towels
The holidays are fast approaching. Nothing says "Welcome to my Christmas kitchen" like these fun holiday tea towels. Join Laura Croft for a beginner stitching class and make a set of three towels.
Kathy Schmitz' book "Stitches from the Yuletide" will provide you with inspiration. This class will focus on the Deck the Boughs Tea Towels collection - beautiful old-fashioned Christmas balls. We will be transferring the design to fabric using Glad Press'n Seal plastic wrap (supplied by the instructor) and learning the chain stitch, running stitch, stem stitch, straight stitch, and French knots. Finished size for each towel is 16"X25". The book is required and is not included in the class fee.
